Overview - 'This course applies knowledge from Quarter 1 in an organizational context, building on Deliberate Creativity, Creative Path, and CreativiTree. It explores the link between creativity and innovation, focusing on barriers and success factors in organizations, such as stakeholder management and creative climate. Students will work in small teams to develop and test interventions that assess an organisation's creative capacity, and then provide recommendations to enhance it. The course includes guest lecturers who will share insights on the creative process in organisations.'
